There are two layers of wadding, each just under half an inch thick.
This is quite interesting - the cutouts in the front panel where the bass/mid driver sits.
As close as I can get to the vent, I´m afraid. It´s fixed with what looks like either hot melt glue, or a fairly hard silicone mastic. Not going to mess with that, so the autopsy stops here!
